ONLINE CLASSES

We practice live on Zoom 7 days a week, moving together with people from all over the world. There’s something really special about starting the day in community, and I’m so grateful for everyone who shows up and makes these classes part of their routine.

If your schedule is a little more fluid, the on-demand library gives you the freedom to move whenever it suits you. With three years of classes available, you can practice anywhere, anytime.
